Free Plan

Pro Plan

Priced at $19/month, includes 20 generations per day and advanced features. Billed monthly unless cancelled.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can cancel at any time, but no refunds for partial months.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

You agree NOT to use 301Write to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory

• Create spam, malware, or phishing content

• Violate intellectual property rights

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

• Interfere with or disrupt our services

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Use automated tools to access our service in violation of our terms

Your Content

You retain all rights to content you generate using 301Write. We claim no ownership over your generated content.

License to Us

You grant us a limited license to store and process your inputs and generated content solely to provide our service.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by 301Write is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before use. We make no warranties about accuracy, completeness, or suitability.

301Write, our logo, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by 301Write and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

301Write is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of generated content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 301Write shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

By You

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

Effect of Termination
